Workshop:
make your own gin
A unique experience in our distillery, where you can make your own gin to your taste. Are you up for it?
We invite you to the Beyond Mura distillery, where you and other participants will create a unique recipe and produce your own personalized bottle of London Dry gin (500 mL). The workshop lasts approximately 3 hours and includes a lecture on distillation, an insight into the distillation process, a drink (alcoholic / non-alcoholic) and snacks.
Program description
1. Welcome with introductory greetings and the beginning of the preparation of London Dry gin with a selection of spices.
2. Preparing the distillation equipment and starting the distillation.
3. During the distillation, there will be a lecture on žganjeku, a tasting of distillates and the preparation of a cocktail of your choice.
4. Completing the distillation process, preparing labels with your touch, and bottling.
5. End of the workshop with a final address.
