DESCRIPTION : Single malt distillate I Manják is a distillate from a single type of grain. The process begins with the boiling of malt and a few days of fermentation. This is followed by double distillation and aging in an ex-bourbon oak barrel. One-year aging gives the distillate a golden color and a typical aroma reminiscent of whiskey. The aroma of the distillate evokes dried fruit, oak wood and grain in the taster. The velvety taste is enhanced by a rich vanilla aroma and freshness.
The "mash" was prepared by the Kralj brewery. After mashing, the dessert was fermented with whiskey yeast for a few days. At the end of fermentation, double distillation took place and then barrel aging took place.
