DESCRIPTION: Jurka liqueur I The product is made from fermented juice from Jurka grapes. The grapes come from the Gorička hills and embody the true homeliness of this environment. During preparation, the ferment is heated and spices such as elderberry, cinnamon, pomegranate, rose, bay leaf, lemon thyme, bourbon vanilla and aromatic sweet orange peel are added. The combination of spices adds character and aroma, while Jurka adds acidity and a fruity note to this drink. Finally, sugar and ethanol are added to increase the alcohol content to create a liqueur.
